Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Magne Education website and for the courses, online lectures, on-demand videos, mentoring and other products you buy or access through it (together, the “Services”). Magne Education is located at 9100 Wilshire Blvd Ste 400W, Beverly Hills, CA 90212.

By using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Specific terms shown on a course or product page at the time of purchase also apply to that purchase.

• Your account and your enrollment are personal to you. Keep your login details safe and do not share them.
• You may not give other dentists who are not enrolled access to courses, lectures or videos through your account. Doing so breaks these terms and can lead to penalties and additional fees.
• The Magne Continuum Package is an individual enrollment that cannot be divided, shared or transferred. Only one registered participant may attend the courses and use the package benefits.
• Our website is not intended for children under the age of 13.

• All hands-on courses take place at our facility in Beverly Hills. We provide all materials, models and tools. Please bring your own visual aids, such as loupes; we do not have microscopes at this time.
• The number of CE credits for each course is listed on its course page.
• Continuum courses do not have to be taken in order. Participants who purchase the Magne Continuum Package have 2 years to complete all five courses.
• If you upgrade to the Continuum Package after buying a single course, we apply a discount so that you only pay the full package price.
• Dinamico participants are not eligible for Magne Continuum Certification.
• By registering for a course, you allow Magne Education to use photographs and video footage taken of you at courses and events, without payment, unless you ask us in writing not to. These materials may be published online or in print, or used in presentations or exhibitions.
• The Porcelain Veneers Live Patient Course has its own application process, deadlines, deposit and laboratory fee terms, shown on its course page.

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). We are not responsible for exchange rate differences or third party charges when you pay in another currency.
• You are responsible for any sales, use or similar taxes connected with your purchase.
• Payment is made by credit card. We do not accept checks or direct payments from a bank account. Your card on file must stay valid while you have active Services.
• We may change prices at any time. If you have already purchased Services for a set period, a price change only applies after that period ends.
• If a payment cannot be collected, or a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may treat it as a breach of these terms. If it is not resolved within 10 business days of our notice we may suspend Services, and after 15 business days we may end them and pursue the amount owed. We may also charge reasonable administrative or processing fees of up to $100.00 for work caused by chargebacks, payment disputes or noncompliance.
• Late payments may be charged interest of 1.5% per month, or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is lower.
• If your account was suspended or canceled for 10 days or more, a $150.00 reinstatement fee applies before the account is reinstated.

We offer payment plans for individual courses, the Magne Continuum Package and Magne Dinamico. The available plans and how to request one are shown on our Request for Payment Plan page and at checkout.

• Individual hands-on courses and Magne Dinamico: one payment, or 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 monthly payments. The Magne Continuum Package: 7 or 12 monthly payments. Payment plans have 0% interest and no fees.
• Payment plans end after the last scheduled payment and do not renew. If we ever offer a plan that renews, we will tell you before you buy and send a reminder before each renewal.
• The first payment is collected at registration. The following payments are collected monthly on the date set out in your signed payment authorization form.
• For the Magne Continuum Package, all payments must be completed before you take the final course in the Continuum.
• For individual courses and Magne Dinamico, all payments must be completed 30 days before the registered course start date.
• If you register for more than one individual course, all payments must be completed before you take the final selected course.

• PRESSroom online lectures run as a yearly cycle and are sold as an annual package of 10 lectures. If you cannot attend a live session, or join after some lectures have taken place, the recordings are available on the Magne Education portal.
• A PRESSroom purchase is a one-time payment that gives you 12 months (365 days) of access to its lectures and recordings. It does not renew automatically.
• On-demand courses are a one-time purchase. Once purchased, they stay available in your account with no expiry date.
• You may cancel a PRESSroom package within the first 30 days after purchase for a full refund of its fees. After that, it runs until the end of its 12 months.

Magne Education Symposium

If you request cancellation we require 120 days notice prior to March 4, 2027 for a full refund. Cancellation after 120 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Continuum Package purchases

If you request cancellation of a continuum package 90 days or more before the course start date, you are eligible for a course credit refund for a future course based on availability. Your credit must be applied to a future course within one calendar year of the original date of order. Extension seat availability is offered as a courtesy and is not guaranteed: events must have “extension seats” available in order to register using an extension. Any request to cancel that is received less than 15 business days before the course start date will not be eligible for extension or refund and will result in forfeiture of funds. Inability to participate in a future course within the one year window will also result in forfeiture of funds.

Single course purchases

If you register for a course that starts in less than 90 days, you have 10 business days from the registration date to cancel and receive a credit refund for a future course based on availability. Any request to cancel or reschedule that is received less than 10 days before the course start date will not be eligible for extension or refund and will result in forfeiture of funds.

Courses eligible for payment plan

If you register for a course and elect to purchase this course using one of our payment plan options, any cancellation or changes will be determined on a case by case but will also result in forfeiture of funds if request is received late or is not feasible to accommodate. All refunds will be in the form of credit towards future courses and no money will be refunded for all payment plan purchases.

Porcelain Veneers Live Patient Course

Applying clinicians must provide a $1,500 non-refundable deposit (for case review and to secure your place). This deposit will be applied toward the total tuition once your case has been approved. Tuition may be refunded, less the deposit, provided written notice of cancellation is received at least eight weeks prior to the course start date. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to another course within 12 months.

How to cancel

To cancel or reschedule your course registration, please send an email with your request to a team member at info@magneeducation.com.

• Photographs, videos and other materials on the website belong to Magne Education or its licensors.
• If you have paid the applicable fees and follow these terms, you receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use, copy and display those materials only at your dental office, without alteration, and only honestly and fairly to explain dental conditions, treatment options and possible outcomes to your patients.
• You may not redistribute any part of the website or its content, or access protected materials through any means other than the website’s own pages.
• The website’s content, trademarks and service marks are owned by or licensed to Magne Education. These terms do not give you any other rights to them.

• Where the website lets you post comments, photographs or videos, you are responsible for what you post and must have every right and permission needed to share it.
• Do not post protected health information or anything illegal, offensive, or owned by someone else without permission.
• By posting, you give Magne Education a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display and adapt your posts in connection with the website and its business. We may remove any post at any time.
• We do not review every post, and you use other members’ posts at your own risk.

• Do not use robots, spiders or other automated programs to access the website, or try to collect personal information about other users.
• Do not interfere with the website’s security features, impersonate anyone, or interfere with other people’s use of the website.
• We may add to, remove or change parts of the website at any time.
• The website may link to other websites we do not control. Those links are provided for convenience only, and your use of those websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Our courses and website support your professional education, but they are not the only resource you need to run your dental practice. Information may change over time as clinical care develops. You remain solely responsible for your own clinical judgment, for maintaining appropriate knowledge and training, and for making sure any information you use is current, accurate and complete. Please do not rely on the website as professional advice for a specific case.

The website and all Services are provided “as is”, without any warranty, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Magne Education will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability under these terms or regarding the website will not exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to defend and hold Magne Education harmless from claims arising from your use of the website, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone else’s rights.

If you believe something on the website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@magneeducation.com that includes: your physical or electronic signature; the work you believe is infringed; the material you want removed and where to find it on the website; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

These terms apply until you or Magne Education end them. We may suspend or end your account and access at any time. Ending access does not cancel payments you already owe or your responsibility for anything that happened before.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the changes on this page at least 30 days before they take effect, unless a change is required by law, a court order or an urgent change in our business, in which case a shorter period may apply. Please review this page from time to time.

You may not transfer these terms or your rights under them without our written permission. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A waiver of any right must be in writing. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the terms shown on a course or product page at purchase, are the entire agreement between you and Magne Education about this subject.
